11-Month Builder's Warranty

A home is not considered complete until it’s withstood its first year against the elements. Changing weather conditions of the seasons can reveal many causes for concern that weren’t initially found upon completion. Your builder will likely provide you with a one-year workmanship warranty after purchasing your new home. Having your home inspected after the 11th month and before the end of the 12th month allows you to discover most issues that arise within the first year to present to your builder. The 11 Month Inspection will cover all internal, external, and major systems of your property with an emphasis on settlement, foundations, roofing, plumbing, insulation, painting and trim quality, and more.
