Jake Gerald

Jake started his career as a carpenter and builder. He spent 22 years planning, developing, framing, building, and carpeting residential homes and commercial buildings. His decision to move on to home inspecting came from the desire to share his knowledge in a 1 on 1 setting with clients. Jake’s years of hands-on experience enable him to see the fine details during inspections that are often overlooked.

Ronny Ron

Ronny started his career in the Carpenters Union. He has spent over 40 years in building, general contracting, and building maintenance. During this time, he held the title of supervisor and spent much of his time training new employees in maintenance trade processes. His extensive knowledge includes plumbing, HVAC, Electric Repair, Appliance Repair, Rekeying, Drywall, Painting, and Carpentry. He also held the title of Environmental Portfolio Manager for a large property management company and site instructor for the Regional Occupational Program and Building Horizons. Much like Jake, Ronny believed his wealth of knowledge could be useful as an inspector to real estate agents and home buyers and indevoured to share it in a more personal setting.
